Četvrti dan razmjene mladih Respect mladi razmišljali o reciklaži

U četvrtak, 24. kolovoza kroz radionice i radne akcije uspješno je završen četvrti dan razmjene mladih Respect koja se održava od 21. kolovoza u sklopu projekta INSIDE! u prostorijama Nadbiskupijskog centra za pastoral mladih Ivan Pavao II.

Cetvrti dan inside 6Četvrti dan razmjene mladih započeo je radionicom na temu reciklaže i ponovnog korištenja otpada koju su za sudionike iz Albanije i Italije održali predstavnici Bosne i Hercegovine gdje su na samom početku radionice istaknuli važnost recikliranja te naveli neke od načina kako reciklirati otpad. Nakon radionice, svi sudionici razmjene mladih pogledali su dokumentarni film koji prati putovanje renomiranog umjetnika Vika Muniza od njegovog doma u Brooklynu do rodnog Brazila i najvećeg odlagališta otpada na svijetu pod imenom Jardim Gramacho, smještenog na periferiji Rio De Janeira.

Cetvrti dan inside 5Sudionici su kroz film imali priliku vidjeti kako glavni lik od otpada s najvećeg odlagališta stvara umjetnost što je bila odlična prilika da se mladi još više motiviraju i vide primjere kako na koristan način mogu reciklirati otpad. Nakon filma koji ih je potaknuo na razmišljanje, sudionici razmjene mladih su kroz kreativnu radionicu koja je uslijedila odmah poslije filma imali priliku napraviti nove predmete od plastičnih boca i tegli, a najkreativniji i najkorisniji predmet je i simbolično nagrađen.

Cetvrti dan inside 9Kao i prethodna tri dana, u poslijepodnevnim satima sudionici su ostatak dana proveli u parku prirode Mojmilo gdje su nastavili radove na uređivanju dječjeg igrališta te košarkaškog terena. Osim mladih koji su uređivali park prirode Mojmilo, skupina mladih se uputila i u Istočno Sarajevo gdje su također uređivali dječjeg igralište.

Ostatak dana sudionici razmjene mladih Respect proveli su u prostorijama Centra za mlade Ivan Pavao II.

Fourth day of the Youth Exchange RESPECT under the topic of recycling

On Thursday, 24th of August, the fourth day of the Youth Exchange RESPECT within the project INSIDE! organized at the Youth Center „John Paul II“ from 21st to 30th of August successfully finished with different workshops and working actions.

Today’s program started with the workshop on recycling and re-use of the waste. This workshop was prepared and held by the representatives of Bosnia and Herzegovina for participants from Albania and Italy. The leaders of this workshop pointed out the importance of recycling and showed some of the ways how to do it. After this workshop, the participants watched the documentary that follows the trip of a reputable artist Vik Muniz from his home in Brooklyn to his home country Brazil and the biggest waste landfill in the world Jardim Gramacho located in the suburb of Rio De Janeiro.

This documentary shows how the protagonist creates an art out of the waste at the biggest waste landfill in the world which was an excellent opportunity for the participants to get even more motivated and to see how they can recycle the waste in an useful and creative way. After this meaningful movie, the participants went through a creative workshop where they were creating objects out of plastic bottles and jars. The most creative and most useful product won a symbolic prize.

The rest of the day was reserved for the park Mojmilo where the youngsters continued working on the reconstruction of children’s playground and basketball playground. One group stayed at Mojmilo while the other group went to Istočno Sarajevo where they were reconstructing another children’s playground.
At the end of the day participants gathered at the Youth Center „John Paul II“ for meet ups, talks and sharing.
